You may request a return of most uninstalled items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund if you ordered the wrong item and a replacement product is ordered. If you are not ordering a replacement product, just returning the item, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the problem was not our error you must pay for return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All of our shipments are via FedEx Ground and due to the theft of packages from people's front porches we will require a signature upon delivery.
Most Items ship in 3 to 7 business days FedEx Ground Standard.
We can provide 1st, 2nd or 3rd day FedEx Air shipping to expidite your order. Expidited shipping must be handled by telephone.
We can ship to all of the U.S and Canada. Ground shipping is free to anywhere in the U.S except Alaska and Hawaii except for large items such as Vanities and Kitchen Islands which have a fixed Freight charge of $80.00.
Shipping to Hawaii Alaska and Canada, and Air shipments to expedite shipping, must be handled via telephone and will be billed separately.
